The Silent Floor® System incorporates the TJI® joist, the first BBA approved, high performance engineered timber I joist and offers spans of up to 15 metres in length.

Offering flexibility of design, with high performance and competitive pricing, the System is manufactured to ISO 9002 and is recognised by the NHBC. TJI® joists are manufactured with Microllam® laminated veneer lumber (LVL) for the flanges and Performance Plus TM enhanced oriented strand board forming the centre web.
