What a builder should supply:

1. A well dimensioned set of Architectural Plans.
2. A full set of engineered frame and foundation drawings (if they exist).
3. Detail of the site location, accessibility and anticipated delivery date.

Palgrave Brown can provide:

1. A basic layout showing truss & hanger locations.
2. A drawing package containing a layout, individual sealed component drawings, and truss handling instructions.
3. A quality manufactured product delivered on time.
4. Consultations to assist in the installation process.

Palgrave Brown is dedicated to working with you, the builder, in creating the truss system that is right for your application.

Your Email should state:

• In your message state the information that your requesting, your name, your company name, and E-mail address.

If you want to submit plans for a bid:

• Give your name, Company name, Address, Phone and Fax numbers, and E-mail Address.
• Give the project name, location, general information including design loads, and any other information that relates to the project.
• Give a relative time request as to when the bid needs to be submitted to you.
• Finally, be sure to submit the plans in an AUTOCAD type format. Preferably a version newer than RELEASE 13. Be sure to zip these files to eliminate any transfer corruption. Just attach the zip file to your E-mail message.
• Our products can be computer generated on to full layout drawings to show the roof trusses required in association with all the metal fixings, bracing requirements and ancillary components that will complete the roof structure. To ensure customer peace of mind, we underwrite all our designs and components with our own P.I. insurance cover to the value of £1 million. We can even offer you a free feasibility service on request.
